The Path That Shaped Me
-
I started in real estate at 18, working hands-on with my father in construction and development. I wasn’t observing — I was involved in permits, negotiations, approvals, and execution. That’s where I learned that real estate succeeds or fails on delivery, not theory.
-
In 2004, I immigrated to Canada and started from zero. No network, no reputation, no safety net. I worked my way up through rentals, small transactions, land scouting, and closing deals that allowed me to move forward. Over time, I focused on land — where I saw opportunity others overlooked.
-
That focus led to supplying land to builders across North York and being involved in dozens of custom home projects. From there, my work transitioned into larger-scale acquisitions, land assembly, and development projects across Ontario.
-
Over the years, I’ve been involved in projects ranging from boutique residential developments to large land assemblies and master-planned communities. The scale changed, but the approach didn’t.
-
My work follows a simple pattern: identify opportunity, structure it properly, and execute with discipline.
